U.S. Bank helps to highlight small businesses in east Multnomah County

In December 2020 the Portland Business Alliance was invited to help distribute CARES Act grants to more than 400 small businesses located in east Multnomah County. As we reflect on the historic year, we celebrate the businesses that adapted to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. Here's a few of their stories.
