Ben McKinley of Cascade Web Dev. pays it forward by teaching kids to ski

Name: Ben McKinley
Company: Cascade Web Development
Job: CEO

What He Did: Ben McKinley was introduced to skiing and ski racing at an early age. Today, he pays it forward and stays involved with the community by donating his time to host a four-day holiday ski camp through the Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC). The camp is open to any children in and outside of the MAC during the four-day holiday program.

Why It's Important: “Fun, a sense of community and skills progression are key elements to long-term interest with any team,” said Ben McKinley. “The ability to promote these elements comes naturally to me with the experience of skiing, so I feel obligated to pay it forward and enjoy lots of face shots along the way.”

Organization Supported: Ben has hosted the ski program for the last five years through the MAC and has grown the program out each year, with nearly 30 children participating last year.
