Meyer Memorial Trust set to welcome a new CEO

Meyer Memorial Trust is welcoming a new CEO, Michelle J. DePass. Michelle will succeed Doug Stamm, who has led Meyer since 2002.

Michelle is currently the dean of Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy and Tishman Professor of Environmental Policy and Management at The New School in New York. Previously, she was appointed to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she served as assistant administrator for International and Tribal Affairs. There, she has shepherded the graduate school toward a social justice focus while emphasizing professional practice. DePass also serves as director of The New School’s Tishman Environment and Design Center, a university-wide center committed to bringing an interdisciplinary and environmental justice approach to contemporary environmental challenges. Previously, she was appointed to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by President Barack Obama, where she served as assistant administrator for International and Tribal Affairs.

Michelle is set to join Meyer as CEO on April 30, with Doug reamining as an advisor for up to six months.
