SBA Disaster Relief Program - UPDATED with Oregon info

To help address the impact of Covid 19 on small businesses across the country, the SBA announced its SBA Disaster Relief Loan Program. Read a one-pager from the SBA on this program here. Under this program, small businesses and nonprofits having their revenue impacted as a result of COVID-19 virus are eligible for flexible low-interest financing to help them get through this crisis, including:
  • Loans at 3.75% for small businesses without credit available elsewhere, and 2.75% for nonprofits. Financing will be based on the ability to repay.
  • Loans may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills that can’t be paid because of the disaster’s impact.
  • Loans are eligible for 30-year repayment plans and a 12-month first payment deferral (with interest accrual).
We are encouraging any Oregon small business that needs financial help due to the outbreak to apply for this program right away.
