The Portland Business Alliance endorsed candidates and ballot measures that demonstrated a strong commitment to the Alliance’s mission to foster an environment in the region that spurs economic vitality and enables quality educational opportunities for the region’s residents.

A majority of candidates endorsed by the Alliance either won outright in their primaries or will continue on to the November general election. In two races, Alliance endorsed candidates either lost the election or are not moving forward in a runoff in November. We congratulate all newly elected and reelected officials, and would like to thank all candidates for running issues-oriented campaigns. We are excited to continue our support for remaining Alliance endorsed candidates in the November election.
