International Travel

The Portland Business Alliance offers international travel for both business and pleasure. Launched in 2009 with a trade mission to China, the Alliance provides two different international travel opportunities - international excursions to exotic destinations and trade missions to build business relationships for Portland-area companies.

International Excursions

The Portland Business Alliance offers signature trips to exotic international destinations. These excursions include opportunities to experience a country's culture and get behind the scenes. These travel experiences provide a hassle-free way to explore the world.

Price of trips include:
  • In-country air travel
  • Accommodations
  • Sightseeing, activities/tours
  • Most meals, including authentic dining experiences
  • Assistance with Visa application process
Some of the trips also include air travel from U.S. destination as well as gratuity. See itineraries for specific trip information.

The Alliance applies funds raised from this program to support its small business scholarship program. You can travel the world while supporting small business owners!
