Lan Su Chinese Garden’s Cuisines of China
culinary tour will celebrate China’s vast culinary experience from June 1 through 30. The tour will consist of food talks and tastes from 11 local Chinese restaurants and Chinese food experts every Sunday and Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Topics include the history and art of dumplings, tea roasting, Lanzhou-style noodle pulling, dim sum, marbled tea eggs and history of prickly ash or Sichuan peppers.
