Collaborative Life Sciences Building in South Waterfront awarded LEED Platinum certification

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), Portland State University and Oregon State University’s Collaborative Life Sciences Building has been awarded LEED Platinum, the highest level of certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Collaborative Life Science Building in South Waterfront is an academic and teaching facility as well as the new home of OHSU’s School of Dentistry. The building received this high ranking in sustainability for implementing solutions aimed at achieving high performance in the following: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
