Bank of America awards over $200K to Portland housing community and development nonprofit

The Bank of America Charitable Foundation awarded $209,500 in community development and housing grants to 11 nonprofits in the Portland area to help individuals and families achieve and sustain financial stability. According to calculations, it is estimated that more than 58,000 Oregon and southwest Washington residents will be impacted by this funding. The nonprofits that were awarded include: Habitat for Humanity Willamette West, Innovative Changes, Proud Ground, United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, Community Partners for Affordable Housing, Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, Oregon Opportunity Network, Portland Housing Center, Reach Community Development, Rebuilding Together Portland and Portland Opera Association.
